Donald Trump hasn't “even tried that hard” to attack his rival Joe Biden, according to Jon Lieber of Eurasia Group. He predicts that negative campaigning will intensify as the election nears, with the GOP focusing on Biden's age and the Democrats on Trump's unfitness for office.
