US and China could reach a "fragile agreement," says Eurasia Group

Michael Hirson of Eurasia Group says he's inclined to be "short-term optimistic" on US-China trade relations. He also says, when it comes to relations between Beijing and Washington, "there's no going back to the pre-Trump era," even if a Democrat wins the 2020 elections.
