About

Launched in 2021 ahead of the COP26 summit, the Sustainability Leaders Council (SLC) aims to catalyze action toward sustainability goals and create an action-oriented agenda for governments and the private sector. More specifically, the SLC focuses on the Asian perspective on sustainability trends, considering how the region can play a leading role in guiding global policy, fostering collaboration, and socializing best practices.

As a partnership between Eurasia Group, GZERO Media, Suntory Holdings Ltd., and several leading private sector and multilateral organizations, the Council has set an ambitious objective to help foster more resilient societies, reduce waste and pollution, and build a more sustainable world.
