Philipe Moura is the Director of Strategy & Sales at Eurasia Group for Brazil and Latin America. He advises corporate clients and financial institutions on the intersection of corporate strategy, technology, and politics, with an emphasis on the politics of AI. In addition to leading business development in the region, his work includes management consulting, risk management, and market assessment and prioritization. He is also a member of the firm's AI Committee.
Prior to joining Eurasia Group, Philipe served as global director at Mastercard, leading financial and digital inclusion programs and directing strategic consulting for clients across Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). Before that, he was a partner at KPMG, where he built the firm's national regulatory innovation practice and led engagements in financial services, telecommunications, and energy. Earlier, as a policy consultant and director of research, he advised corporations and governments in technology policy across more than 30 markets in Asia, LAC, and MENA.
Philipe holds a master's and a bachelor's in international relations from the University of California, San Diego, and the University of Brasília, respectively, and an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral (FDC). He teaches graduate-level courses at FDC and Fundação Getulio Vargas. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and proficient in French.
He lives in Brasília, where he founded a venture capital firm as well as Brazil's National Opera Company.
