Orsolya is a senior analyst on Eurasia Group's Europe team and covers the Central and Eastern European region from Berlin. She previously served as a researcher and later as policy director at GLOBSEC, a think tank based in Bratislava, Slovakia.
In this role, she directed policy development, managed fundraising efforts, and led research and programming focused on defense and security, the future of Europe, global order, technology and society, and strategic communication. Orsolya also worked at Axel Springer, the European Central Bank, the Institute for Cultural Diplomacy, Global Risk Insights, and Saatchi & Saatchi, where she specialized in international relations, risk analysis, policy analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Her experience includes research and project work on European defense, migration, and sustainable development.
Orsolya holds a master's degree in politics and communication from the London School of Economics and a master's degree in non-proliferation and international security from King's College London. She has also studied at Oxford Brookes University, Mid Sweden University, and Harvard University.
