As an associate with the Energy, Climate & Resources practice, Luiza supports the team by coordinating relations with clients in the energy, utilities, finance, and services sectors. 
 
Luiza previously worked at IBM as an intern for Latin America Business Operations, where she learned how to build relationships with clients and design sales strategies. She also worked for the sales operations team at Eurasia Group, where she developed her client support skills. Her interest in energy-related issues began when she was an undergraduate at the university. 
 
Luiza holds a bachelor's degree in international relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of Sao Paulo. A native-Portuguese speaker, Luiza is also fluent in English and Spanish and speaks basic French and Russian.
