Prior to joining Eurasia Group as a director for Global Corporate Advisory and Consulting, Johan co-founded PRISM, a geopolitical risk advisory and intelligence start-up that helps multinationals turn global disruption into strategic advantage. He spent over a decade in global management consulting with Kearney, guiding companies through complex strategic, operational, and organizational challenges. Johan also contributed to the World Economic Forum's Future of Manufacturing initiative, bringing together policymakers, industry leaders, and innovators.
Johan holds a master's degree in international relations and international economics from Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies and a bachelor's degree in international relations from Gothenburg University. His insights have appeared in The Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Fortune.
