Jonathan Baena is an Associate Director for Eurasia Group's Brazil Business Development team, where he drives client acquisition and supports senior leadership in expanding the firm's Global Markets partnerships. He works closely with institutional investors and corporate clients to connect them with Eurasia Group's political risk analysis and advisory services across Latin America.

Before joining Eurasia Group, Jonathan worked at Booking.com as a finance analyst and at BNP Paribas in the coverage and investment banking department. He has a bachelor's degree in public administration with a minor in international relations from Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Sao Paulo and participated in a student exchange program at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Jonathan recently got a taste for horse jumping, and that's usually what he does on his weekends, either in São Paulo or upstate.
