Charles supports Eurasia Group CEO Maziar Minovi in advancing the firm's strategic and commercial priorities. He brings 20 years of US government experience, primarily at the Central Intelligence Agency, where he held a range of senior analytic and executive management roles, including chief of staff to the agency's chief operating officer. Immediately before joining Eurasia Group, he served at the US Department of State as senior advisor to two consecutive US permanent representatives to the UN, working at the intersection of diplomacy, national security, and global policy.

Charles holds a master's degree in international security from Georgetown University, a master's degree in political science, and a bachelor's degree in international relations from Long Island University. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling and exploring New York City's vast cultural and culinary scene.
