Associate, Operations

Eurasia Group is seeking a motivated part-time contracts manager in our finance department at our New York location. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned contracts manager and negotiator who can draft, negotiate, develop, and manage scalable contracting processes that position us for efficient and rapid growth.

Responsibilities include:
Full responsibility for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all Eurasia Group Corporate contracts including but not limited to client contracts, vendor contracts, outsourcing agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and any other legally binding agreements. 

Manage the relationship and act as liaison to Outside Counsel as needed.

Work closely with Director of Finance to learn about Eurasia Group's systems and procedures.

Remain informed of all applicable laws as needed to ensure that Eurasia Group is mitigating risks appropriately.

Interface with other departments stakeholders on contracting needs.


Requirements:
Able to perform role in an analytical, contemplative manner and with an investigative mentality. Discerning, probing troubleshooter; independent thinker. Deadline driven with a strong sense of urgency. Demonstrated accountability in a high stakes environment. Avid listener; collaborative with others. Proficiency in MS Word is required


We're looking for a motivated individual with a very positive attitude willing to learn the policies and procedures of our fast-paced environment. This is a part-time position, working up to 25 hours per week. You will be a responsible self-starter, extremely organized and have excellent people skills.
