Clara leverages client- and sector-specific research to perform political and economic analysis of consumer, retail, and European markets. Her work includes market-entry assessments, strategic planning, scenario analyses, policy trackers, and risk assessments.

Prior to joining Eurasia Group, Clara worked as a junior macroeconomics analyst at Banco Bv. She is a graduate of Insper, where she received her bachelor's degree in economics. She participated in an exchange program at the University of Mannheim and has continued postgraduate studies in political science at the Fundacao Escola de Sociologia e Politica de Sao Paulo.

In her free time, Clara coordinates the Sao Paulo operations of educational NGO Associacao Cactus. She has set herself the goal of reading a book from every country and also enjoys going to live concerts (she was once part of a samba band).
