Dawn joined Eurasia Group in November 2007 as a finance associate. Previously, she was a staff accountant at Oxygen Media, where she worked closely with advertising agencies and internal sales departments to accurately report revenue for commercial airtime and online advertising. Dawn received her bachelor's degree in accounting and management from DeSales University as part of the accelerated program. She completed her degree in three years while maintaining full-time employment. During that time, she worked for Dun & Bradstreet's RMS division and Molewski Financial Partners, a private firm that provides personal and business wealth management solutions.
